These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed between any natural or legal person and Rose de Biboun, live or by phone, on Rose de Biboun's Facebook page, via her rosedebiboun email [!at] gmail.com, by Instagram, ETSY or through her blog.
Rose de Biboun reserves the right to modify or adapt all or part of the GTC at any time. The customer is therefore invited to consult the GTC before any order.
Rose de Biboun is the creator of hand-engraved stamps and stamp boxes.
Everything is handmade with the utmost care and thoroughness. The slight differences that can be between two identical products result from an artisanal and tailor-made creation as well as the use of materials and tools with specific characteristics over which Rose de Biboun does not always have a grip.
The photographs of the creations are as faithful as possible but can not ensure a perfect similarity with the product, especially with regard to the colors.
Any order of product in stock is firm and final from:
- the validation of the GTC by the customer
- its agreement on the thing, its price and the related costs (shipping costs, packaging, etc.)
- the payment of the entire order.
1- Personalized / tailor-made creations
Any personalized and tailor-made creation order takes place according to the steps detailed below:
1-1 The client does not have a visual or the visual must be modified.
From the customer's first request, Rose de Biboun sends him an estimate of the preliminary work to be carried out and requests the payment of a deposit for the stage of creation or modification of the visual to be engraved.
The visual is created for the purpose of engraving a stamp and not for computer use of it. The parties will be able to agree on the use of the drawing in different computer forms.
The sum thus received by Rose de Biboun includes in whole or in part the payment of the work to be done to create a logo, wedding stamp design, etc. or modify an existing visual. It also includes in whole or in part a deposit on the engraving phase of the visual and transformation into a stamp (see 2)
The photos and scan of the drawings are sent by email, accompanied by a precise description of the measurements and all characteristics useful for the understanding of the creation. There may be multiple email exchanges during this step.
The phase of creating or modifying a visual ends with the establishment of a precise quote for the hand engraving and wood assembly of the stamp(s).
1-2- The customer already has a visual.
Any visual submitted to quotation must be free of rights or be established in compliance with intellectual property.
Rose de Biboun does not engrave drawings, logos or others resulting from licensed trademarks, in particular.
1.2.1 - Agreement on the creation and its price
Once the visual is stopped, its dimensions specified, the quote is validated by the customer with the mention "good for agreement". He is solely responsible for the written mentions and will have to carefully check that no shell is present.
1.2.2 - Payment and registration
Payment can be made via Etsy or by PayPal or by check or bank transfer.
The order is firm and final from the receipt and collection by Rose de Biboun of the payment of the total amount of the order (including the price of the engraving, packaging and port).
The registration of the order is carried out at the time when the payment of this amount is effective. An email confirming this registration is sent to the customer by Rose de Biboun.
The deadlines will have been specified in the quote and are in principle 6 weeks from full payment. A payment in instalments can be made with the agreement of both parties. The order will then be definitively registered at the time of the last collection.

The rates applied for order shipments are the postal rates in force
